On Saturday, 27 September, people from the surrounding area commemorated 65 years since the demolition of St. Wenceslas Church and the local school in the area of the defunct village of Fukov. Candles marked both the former church with its altar and some of the 150 houses of the village, which until 1945 had a population of approximately 800.
